This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information when you visit bluecollarworkerscovered.com, answer the questions on our pages, or opt in through one of our advertisements or lead forms on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

The short version

When you submit your answers, you are asking us to have a licensed insurance agent contact you, and one will: by phone, text or email, including with automated technology. We share your information with licensed agents and the companies that help them prepare your options. You can opt out at any time, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete your information.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, state, date of birth or age, your trade or line of work, the coverage amount you are interested in, your marital status, the name of the person you would want as your beneficiary, and any other answers the page asks for.

Phone verification: to protect you from calls meant for someone else, we may check that your number is a valid mobile line and may text you a one-time code to confirm it is yours.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device details, and the ad or link that brought you here (for example UTM parameters and ad click identifiers), recorded with your submission for attribution, security and fraud prevention. We use cookies and pixels from advertising and analytics platforms (for example Meta, Google and TikTok) to measure our campaigns; these platforms process data under their own policies.

How we use information

To have a licensed agent contact you about the options you asked about; to match you with an agent licensed in your state; to measure and improve our pages and advertising; to prevent spam and abuse; and to keep records of your consent as the law requires.

Your consent to be contacted

Who we share information with

Licensed agent partners: Ascend Life Wealth and the independent licensed insurance agents and agencies in its network. The agent who contacts you will tell you their name and can give you their license number and the states they are licensed in.

Insurance carriers your agent works with, when you ask for a quote or apply. Service providers that host our pages, store data, verify phone numbers, send messages and run our advertising, bound to use your information only to provide those services. Authorities when the law requires it, and a successor company in a merger or sale, subject to this policy.

Retention and security

We keep your information only as long as we need it to service your request, plus a reasonable archive period, and keep consent and opt-out records as long as the law requires. Submissions travel over HTTPS and are stored with access controls. No system is completely secure.
